The tank body and discharge valve can achieve online cleaning (CIP) and online sterilization (SIP).
The vacuum port dust filtration adopts titanium alloy sintered mesh, which can be repeatedly cleaned and used, with high strength and no fiber shedding or damage. You can use reverse blowing to clear the dust.

Working principle
This machine is driven by an explosion-proof motor and a reducer to rotate the mixer. The animal material rotates along the conical cylinder wall and is lifted from bottom to top. After reaching the highest point, the material flows automatically to the center of the vortex and returns to the bottom of the conical cylinder due to gravity and inertia. A series of processes force the material to heat inside the conical cylinder, causing mutual diffusion, convection, shearing, displacement, and mixing. The material undergoes irregular reciprocating motion in all directions, completing high-frequency heat exchange between the material and the cylinder wall surface, and achieving the effect of heating and drying in a short time.
